Something that I discovered from my interviewing experience this semester was to not plan my questions too carefully. I planned several basic questions to ask, which were answered appropriately. However, the most interesting information came from asking questions about answers.
My first interview encounter was rigid and structured with the prepared questions, but became more relaxed when the questions were based on his answers.
