Stevie Ray Vaughn also did a great cover of this song. Here are two videos.  The first video is the chords that Hendrix used.  I suggest playing them really slow until you can get the timing right.  A metronome helps.  The second video is the intro to the song.  The version I am playing is a mixture of the way Stevie and Jimi played it. Again, try it really slow until you can get it with a metronome.
