During this economic recession business of all kinds are having a hard time with sales.  People are just afraid to spend money unless its a sound investment. They are cutting their budget and eating out usually comes first. 

As a manager on of my man responsibilities to to always think of how can i do this the most efficiently. Can I cut labor but not affect quality? Can I save money if we do it this way? Its all about best quality with the least amount of money spent. So during this time when business is not at its best its hard to determine what needs to be done and how to do it. 

So with every shift I think about where can I place people to get the "most for my money". This is not always an easy task. Some days you have people that are stronger in some areas and others that have just not been properly trained. So I try to always challenge the people that are on my crew. So if we produce the best products then no matter the economic situation they will still come back.
