People come by all the time and ask if its hard working in such  a small place. Well the truth is it can get a little crazy. If we are in the middle  of a huge rush and people are running around trying to get things done it can be caotic.

When we hire a new crew member it is always interesting to  watch them run around like an animal in a small cage. The store is small but with the right training we learn to move as one team. We run Pal's as a well oiled machine. Each part works together and to get the job done. Through the years of working there the place seems to grow and doesn't seem as small as the first day.

While the store is small in size it is big in personality. Pal's is known for its fast service and famous ice tea but its other famous point is the building itself. Its abstract design can cause many heads to turn and people to stop and take pictures. From on the outside it just  looks like an awkward building.
